By accessing or using Cozy Realm — including our Discord server and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Rules. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cozy Realm, in accordance with Discord's terms of service. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. User Conduct

By using Cozy Realm, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Respect all community rules and guidelines as posted on our rules page
• Treat all members, guests, and staff with kindness and respect
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination
• Not share illegal, harmful, or NSFW content outside of designated channels
• Not spam, advertise, or self-promote without explicit staff permission
• Not impersonate staff members, other members, or any other person or entity
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit the server or its integrations

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials associated with Cozy Realm, including but not limited to our name, logo, website design, and original content created by our team, are the property of Cozy Realm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content shared by members in our Discord server remains the property of the original creator. By sharing content, you grant Cozy Realm a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the context of the community.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Cozy Realm at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or our Community Rules. Upon termination, your right to access and use Cozy Realm immediately ceases.

6. Disclaimers

Cozy Realm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cozy Realm, its founders, staff members, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and announcing them in our Discord server. Your continued use of Cozy Realm after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
